And you didnt say who he had called, presumably the bulldog.

Have you noticed any obvious correlation with stuff like newer
housing subdivisions or say areas where blocks of flats have been
built relatively recently ?  Presumably these are relatively new
and not to long new cables between the exchange and the subs.
