subject: TCP/IP network

Using OS/2 Warp Connect, I've got two PC's hooked together via Etherlink
II cards. I am successfully running a peer-to-peer network on them with no
problems.
One of them has a 24 hour connect to the InterNet.
What'd I'd like to do is use my network as a TCP/IP network so that the
other PC can go through the network to access my computer, as if it was on
he
InterNet, and also reach the InterNet through my PC.
How would I go about doing that?
I've played with IFCONFIG and ROUTE until my eyes crossed, and thus far
I've had no luck.
Is there a trick to it? :)
    Thanks!
