Why convert? Since you're apparently working in windows, it should simply
be a matter of double-clicking the filename. That will open Nero, might let
you change a few options, then burn the copy. If the ISO extension is not
associated with Nero, shift+R click on the filename > open with... >
check the box to always open with: > select Nero.


It could be worse ...
