"Controlled leak" was a good way to put it.  Probably run a long time
off a 100 pound propane tank.  Not surprised about the snubber diode
though.  Lots if wire in one of those valves.

Much as I detest the though of Government regulation, they're the
only ones who can fix that conglomerate problem.  Getting to be like
the 1900's all over again.
