No. Remember, you have a team of 2 players? Whomever finishes off Apocalypse
will fight his/her teammate as the final boss. That determines your ending.
So be wise as to who you beat Apocalypse with... On the SF Timeline, I've
found that this is after SFA2 but STILL before SF2(Making it kinda Alpha 3 in
a weird way) Want proof? See some of the endings, particularly Cammy's.
