Those programs are used by the IDE to spawn the command line compiler. The
OS/2 IDE will start them automatically as needed;  the WIN-OS2 IDE will
not,  and they must be started in config.sys.  So if you are using the OS/2
IDE, or no IDE at all, I wouldn't worry about it.
