Do you actually have a program called IBMCACHE.COM on your machine ? No such
program comes as part of OS/2 Warp 4, and I suspect that you will find that
you are accidentally invoking a program that came with PC-DOS or perhaps a
third party cacheing program whenever you try to invoke Borland C++. Are you
invoking Borland C++ using a batch script, by any chance ?
A tip that may help: It is a bad idea to include C:\DOS in the PATH set by
the AUTOEXEC.BAT used for OS/2 Virtual DOS Machines.
