Lucent was _badly_ burned by Rockwell with K56Flex. They were vehemently
opposed to Rockwell's release of K56Plus client/server code that was
masquerading as "K56Flex". -That- was a rush to market.

Recall the position that Rockwell and its clients took after V.34 was voted
out of SG14? See anything different now?
