Yes, running the .EXE file modifies the registry to enable HPFS access.
PINBALL.SYS needs to be copied into %systemroot%\system32 (typically
\winnt\system32).  I use this setup here, and it works fine.  All my
HPFS partitions are accessible under NT4. :-)
