subject: nodelist lookup from command line

Hi! Richard,

On Sat, 01 Dec 07, you wrote to me:

Ah, so. That's probably the best way to operate. Everything you need will
be in one place.

Okay, cool. I made a .zip for it which allowed me to include a
File_ID.Diz, and also preserves two v-e-r-y long lines of code. (Any other
method of posting would have needed an editor on the other end to fix it
up.) Here you go:

Save all between the -+-+---- lines to a file called: NL_Serch.dbg (plain
ASCII), then:
  debug < NL_Serch.dbg
to decode the above named archive.

(It's in a slightly different form from my last script. This one's in UU-encode.)

A couple of interesting stats: a no-find situation for a node in Zone 1
takes roughly 1 minute to reach the end of the search; while, a no-find for
a Zone 2 node can take about 13-15 minutes to finish. Stand-by with your
fingers poised for a [Ctrl]C if the batch seems to go, and on, etc. :)
For a typical find, the action ought to be over inside of 30 seconds.

Have fun with it!

Cheers,
Paul.
