Hi Dave--

My humble apologies to the gods of PL/I. Obviously, I've been
infected by C. When I was a hotshot compiled BASIC programmer (BASIC is
descended from FORTRAN) I _always_ put the subroutines at the bottom,
for readability's sake. Ditto in REXX. Will try to be more circumspect
in my language usage in the future.

The documentation is included, in the usual unreadable INF format.
However, with the "Copy to File" Services menu item, I may be able to
manage. Or I may get desparate and convert the whole INF file to ASCII
with Colin Thomson's THELP. It will be a shame to have to buy the
compiler merely to get legible documentation!
Thanks for the encouragement.
