The auto file attach of AVAILMSG.TXT leaves a little to be desired in
the wording of the email message mentioning it in response to an AREAFIX
%LIST. While it clearly does say that its a file attach, you sort of get
the impression that that the text should be in the message with the
Subject: AVAILMSG.TXT if you dont already know how file attaches work.
