| subject: | Re: Upgrading Mozilla |
Hi Ray, >If LIBC and GCC are compatible across all versions they can be in >X:\OS2\DLL. If not put them in MOZxxx. Could you say more about this please? I maintain Moz 1.3 as most stable here, and also later ones which I haven't been able to stablize yet. (I don't fault Mozilla; suspect peculiar "incompatibilties" with WPS and/or other processes, of which there are 38 at this moment). I do use %MOZILLA_HOME, and am still a tad peeved that Mozilla doesn't provide a native "copy profile" feature; but that problem will be less relevant after I get over the gcc/vcapp transfer. When testing 1.7, noting that it needed libc05.dll, I removed libc04.dll from the libpath; but then Mozilla claimed to need it back. And, I'll take this opportunity to say THANKS! to all those folks involved in maintaining the WarpZilla site at http://www.os2bbs.com/os2news/Warpzilla.html --Maynard ------------------------ Yahoo!
