mh. yes and no. some objects gets an id immediate on creation, some objects
only if an id is requested (if someone calls the above function). As an WPS
developer wrote on CompuServ, requesting handles for objects has heavy
impacts on the performance of OS/2 WPS. !!! He recommand NOT to use this
function, except there is NO other workaround.

yes. just write a wps object, translate the .csc (or .idl) into C code and
use this C code.
