Whenever I hope a document that is fillable in foxit, I get the warning
about needing javascript or it may not work properly and asking me if foxit
should download and install the javascript plugin for foxit.  I just hit NO
and the form comes up and it can still be filled in.  I haven't encountered
a problem with fill-in forms and no javascript yet, but I don't do fill in
pdf's all the time.
