a) you write an WPS object which forwards the class member functions
b) you write a communication object (eg. a queue) which marshalls the api's
into sharedmem.
c) you write a Rexx-Api DLL which communicates with your commObjects and
demarshalls the member functions. 
d) you use the rexx-apis from your rexx cmd.
