Can you be more specific about "Someone is already working on
creating an MS-DOS emulator".  I too have desired the ability
to run TSE (any release) in the WINDOWS CE environment, but
have not seen or heard of (before your post) any hope for that.
In fact I refuse to buy a WINDOWS CE based machine until I know
that I could run TSE on it.
