Curiosity question:

On a computer that's had the USA 2007 DST patch(es) applied, are the
create/mod/etc. times in an old file's metadata now displayed using the new
DST rules, if the file's dates fall in the March/October weeks that are
affected?

For extra credit, how about old Outlook appointments? Can you think of any
exceptions to the "store Zulu, display local, using current
rules" maxim that seems to apply for most opsyses/apps?
