To stem speculation, altho I am trying to put eCS 1.2r on my T42 I have
yet to be successful.  This involves a number of details which I am trying
to work through.  And having spent 99% of my "computer life" in OS/2 I
know where most things are discussed most usefully.  And quite frankly I
am still puzzled at an attitude that seems more prominent in OS/2
communities than others I've seen.  While some OS/2 groups permit the most
vile flame wars to go on and on, others are blessed with people who seem
frightened out of their minds for fear someone might say something that
isn't 204% on a given, tightly controlled subject.  This fear seems a bit
irrational to me.
