Fraid not Fank, particularly with the operations with
the major coal traffic, thats precisely what happens.

Its just as true of the wheat traffic in say NSW, there is fuck all
else as far as the big money income to that bulk end of state rail.
That traffic subsidises the other rail freight quite substantially.
