Where could I post file announcements? I see there are quite a few echoes 
where they are posted. From what I understand, most regular echoes, like 
LInux, for example, would not allow Linux file announcement, nor 
announcements for Windows related files in a Windows echo. Right now, I've 
set up announcements to go to fdn_info I believe. I see other 
announcements there. We're using Platinum Express for our Tic processor, 
if that makes a difference.
