Got an 80 wire and redid tests. Without/with report small size jumper, various
BIOS settings for the IDE including custom HD (LBA, mode 3). Nothing works the
BIOS always reports "none" after scanning  the primary channel
master IDE (also
tried secondary IDE channel).
