NB>> get other treats, small bits from our fare....
BS>
BS> A couple of cats back Connie referred to herself as the cook,
BS> chambermaid, and food taster. The last cat was too spooked to ever eat
BS> human food, took several years before she would get on furniture. At
BS> the end she actually came up onto the bed a few times to visit me.
We've had a cat or maybe two that were like that... the most recent set
were like that at the beginning, but they've come round... Now even the
Spook will come to see what I'm cooking, in case there are some treats
to be had... and as "supervisor" she feels she should be given the
chance to pass judgement on the food... They both generally approve of
beef and chicken... fish, not so much... ;)
BS> Our lawyer gave us a doormat which says "The cat and its housekeeping
BS> staff reside here." Of course she also gave us one which says "Come
BS> back with a warrant."
Nice ones... :)
DS> That last one is down in Arizona and I plan on
BS> bringing it back when I drive the other car up this fall. Just bought
BS> a condo in a 55+ place and I want everyone to feel welcome when they
BS> show up to tell me to knock off the noise, aka music.
Sounds appropriate to me... (G)
