can see) the only way it could have happened is by human stuffup. Sorry.

Send me the certificate (GPO Box 4248 or Level 5, 10 Spring St) and I'll
have it converted back to CHESS from whence it came (the seller to you
was a CHESS holder, it was the trade on 17/6, certificate issued 28/6).
