let's try a step-by-step.

Take browser to http://www.webbnet.info/
Click on any of the server links.
Chatzilla should start up and open a tabbed window next to *client*
which shows the logon and ends with --- End of /MOTD command

In that tabbed window, not the *client* window, key unquoted '/list'
. This gets typed into the single line entry space at the bottom
of the Chatzilla program interface, just to the right of you displayed
nick, and just above the status line which may say "Welcome to
ChatZilla!"

You should see a list of channels displayed, ending with === End of
/LIST and [INFO] Displayed 19 of 19 channels

Now, type into the same entry line, unquoted '/join #OS/2' 

This should create a third tabbed window space, named #OS/2

and there you have it.
