Well the payroll of a CFL team is low, with a salary cap of about
$2.1 million and say add about $1.9 million for additional cost and have
a budget of about $4 million all need is about 20,000 fans at average
ticket price of about $20 and you have your costs covered. The top
season ticket package for the Ticats is about $375 or about $37.50 a
game. Obviously the need to keep fans coming to the games keeps the
cost down.
