Yes but on those late nights when one isn't really paying attention it
doesn't really matter. Anyhow it hasn't been that big a problem here yet.
Once I get whatever error it's usually followed by a "Doh!" and
then I move on. The point is that if one avoids the real dangers of doing
everything as root then it minimizes the damage that can be caused. Also,
"Backup, backup, backup!!!" That is as true today as it ever was
on *ANY* OS, up to and including Linux. It is a mantra here for sure.

Speaking of coloured prompts the new ttylinux sure looks different enough
then the Slackware prompt so I tend to make less mistakes when logged into
that from a remote. Almost there but I still have to add a few Husky
libs/tools and that should cover what is required on the little guy.
Planning to play with areafix today and see if I can obtain a proper list
of echoes I'd like to see beyond the NA backbone. I think we have all we
want from there right? I just looked at the latest one and nothing appeals
to me that isn't already being dealt with. I plan to see what's available
from Europe and use that as a basis of testing the areafix. Sound good?

Life is good,
Maurice
