  Agreed, but it gives you a reference. I find that there are three
tiers of pricing: the Hardly Normals; the regular long-term yumcha who
charge a little extra but will be around in a year, and the short-term
yumcha who are just passing through. The Herald gives a handy list of
the long-termers you can find in the Trading Post.

  What I aim for is a long-termer at bottom price who will install it
and test it for me, or *really* cheap for things I can do myself.
