I'm terribly sorry, did I neglect to mention that I also have the official
literature as well?  This comprises a sample telephone account (complete
with pie chart), an order form (the reverse of which has LOTS of tiny
print), and the official sales spiel, all "You will get..." on
the front, with commonly asked questions (and unsatisfactory answers) on
the back?

Is it also true that this "starter kit" costs you $5 per copy?  I
hope so, because Rod certainly isn't getting his back.  :)
