FWIW, the ATI ES1000 is listed as supported at

 http://www.scitechsoft.com/chiplist/snap_os2_chiplist.html

For our purposes this means it is supported by almost any eCS system that
still has access to www.ecomstation.com downloads.

I would say the answer is probably yes.  If not, a correctly formatted
