Mark Tetrault, the long time moderator of this echo, has decided that he
will step down as moderator of the HAM-SALE echo, to give him time to pursue
his multitude of other interests.
Mark has worked hard to make this echo what it is, and I for one would
like to thank him for his work.  Many a deal has been made here, and many
of us owe him a hearty "thanks" for ensuring we had a medium for our
deals.
I have assumed the duties of moderator.  There will be no changes at this
time to the echo, and none of any consequence are anticipated.

I have one person in mind already, but will look to volunteers if he is
not able.
