I am a peace officer for the town parks department patrol west of
Rochester, NY in a town called Chili. I am the Chief of the Parks
Security Patrol and usually patrol on bike in the summer when we
are on duty. It is great for special events in the park when
traffic and parking are horrible and so many people that you
can't get a van or pickup out on the soccor/baseball fields.
I don't ride much in the winter due to the cold weather bothers
me. I had a heart procedure done in April and am on limited duty
but the bike riding does not bother my heart for some reason. Of
course I do not do any crasy stunts on the bike and keep it
simple. If I don't feel right I stop. I have one other officer
that is P/T that rides and my wife who is deputy chief may also
ride this coming summer.
Where in Pa. are you from?

bike related or something that the general people might be
