I've been on the developer side of an argument over how long is a suitable
evaluation period. The marketoids were set on one week on a business-wide
development product that could barely even be installed in a week, and no
matter how hard I tried to explain they just couldn't understand that
making the evaluation period longer would not cost us anything, but it
could eventually lead to a few more sales. Those are truly surreal
discussions sometimes...
