The T40/T41 have been out for 4-5 months.  I don't know just what 
OS/2 Certified means either...BUT....the "technical specs and overview"
for these products say:

    * Microsoft Windows 98 Second Edition with USB 1.1 support
    * Microsoft Windows 98 Gold with USB 1.1 support
    * Microsoft Windows NT Workstation 4.0 SP6a; no USB support
    * Microsoft Windows NT Workstation 4.0 SP6a Japanese; no USB support
    * Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional (SPO, SP1, SP2, SP3, SP4); with
USB 2.0 support
    * Microsoft Windows XP Professional (no service pack, SP1) with USB 2.0 support
    * Microsoft Windows XP Home (no service pack, SP1) with USB 2.0 support


If the first 3 lines above is not OS/2, then I don't know what is !!  (LVM
environments included)
