Yeah. Not always but the majority of the time an incoming IP will open up
telnet
Sessions on all available nodes. BBBS is hardcoded to wait for 4 minutes for a
login
before closing the node. This happens every 3-5 minutes lately. I have blocking
IP,s
in BBBS but the IP,s come in faster than I can add them. Most from China so
far.

Im looking at some third party firewall solutions that support DoS and
connection
limiting. Since Windows itself doesn't have thos capabilities.
