Subject: B.E.P. Regs clarification appreciated.
Dear Listers,
I have several B.E.P. related questions.  You may email me privately so as
not to clutter up the list.  
1.  In order to receive b.e.P. training does a Commission For the blind 
consumer have to be a legal resident (with a Green card) or must he be a 
citizen U.S. to receive training?
2.  In order to receive a stand or to bid on a stand must a person be a le
gal resident or must he be a U.S. citizen?  If anyone has copies of the 
regulations concerning this issue, please could they be sent to me?
4.  Are these regulations federal in scope and implementation or do they 
vary within each state's B.E.P. program?
5.  Does anyone have any information specific to New Jersey's b.E.P.
program
in regards to training or stand qualifications?
