perhaps I should have added a winkie. No doubt I shall be just as impressed
with their support in future as I have been in the past, if I notice it at
all. I cannot count the times I have been made to re-install windows to rid
myself of the "improvements" of a microsoft upgrade.  


It could be worse ...
