Forgot about that.  Forgot also about the lovely effects of a
U00N00I00C00O00D00E00 world.

(Did you know that if you pasted a char into OE's editor, from charmap,
that it inserts the "foreign" character in a newline, spaced
between two blank lines?  I'd expect this for Arabic or Hebrew, where the
text direction changes.  But you get it even with haceks and Icelandic
weirdies.  Strange. You can backspace over the newlines, and get something
normal looking I deleted the character above, because it might blow
someone's newsreader. We'll see whether I get prompted, or get my knuckles
rapped when I come to save this.  Yes, I'm bored this morning.)
