I have set a group policy for my Internet Explorer Maintenence ->
Browser User Interface -> Browser Title to be our company name. However,
it does not change the browser title on our machines.

I know other policies might override this one, but I can't find what is
preventing the title change.  Not a big deal, just like to provide the
users with some eye candy once in a while.

Anyone else do this?
