Won't Spybot Search & Destroy "Tea Timer" portion monitor all
changes to the registry requesting approval for the change, as well as
logging those changes?
Also try Sunbelt Counterspy. It does a good job of monitoring the registry
in it's realtime monitor mode. There might be a 30 day trial of it. I'm
using their new Version 2.
