My NOOTH family are believed to be descended from the VAN DER NOOT
family of Brabant in the Low Countries, a branch of which came to
England in the 16th or 17th century. Can anyone give me details of how
they came here?
     (Variants: Noth, Nuth, Newth and Noot).
