Interesting point come to think of it, MNP10 is about monitoring the
session very aggressively to allow of the characteristics changing
at a fast rate on stuff like mobile phones and if it did have a massive
brain fart and was doing that on a V42bis call instead, it would explain
why it was fucking up so catastrophically on a normal call at times.
