What I would like the modem to do (and not what you answered) is:
If the modem dials out, expecting to reach another modem, but hears a voice,
then the modem should report VOICE and hang up.
Someday our modems in that situation will play back a recording "I am sorry,
I must have reached the wrong number.", and record the answer...
Anyway, it would be nice if the modem could understand the following signal,
meaning the number doesn't exist, and return the proper message, like
"INVALID NUMBER"
