People who give away what they have will not accumulate capital. Therefore
capital accumulation will be slowed way down.

People who can be irresponsible and yet always be able to count on the help
of others will not repent and change their ways. There will be rare
exceptions but not enough to matter.

Big disruptions of ownership at some periodic interval will discourage the
formation of capital. It will disrupt lives on a massive scale.

In fact, its really a formula for a genetic titled elite. If property
reverts back to some son of someone then you get this titled landowning
nobility that gets its land back every 50 years or whatever.

You read the Bible with rose colored glasses Rich. Take your glasses off
and you will see how nuts it is.
