I can i found it! just this morning
lets see its in the courthouse but in order to get it you have
collect all the crests open that door get the crank  ...go to the
gate open the gate and go around the border of the water crank...ok now go 
down the stairs you can cross now ...ok climb up the other end
WATCH out poisonious snake fall from sky....run all the way to the elevator
go down...next there is two dogs waiting for you...kill them go straight to 
the door...behind that is a zig zag with 4 dogs on that side..ok
you get to the entrace of the of the courthouse....
the first door on right is your inventory box with some explosives and 
med spray ok if you go in the door to your left two zombies in there 
you will see another door go in it i think if im not mistaken theres on in 
there....look at the tub pull the plug..you now have the C.room key....
now on the bed there is a red book you need this to find the helmet key 
what i do is put it in the storage room...now for the fun...when you first 
walked in there is a statue push statue down hall to the right you will see
a hole in floor make sure you put that over it....ok go past it open the door 
ahead of you.ok go down the hall...theres a door to your right go to where
the bee's are....do a 7 direction thats where the bees are there is a table
in front of the hive run up to it and steal the dormintory key
to 002 thats after you come to this room go right when you go out the door...
ok..now go in 002 i looks like the first dorm you went in ok zombie in 
bathroom
ok go down that hall zombies in room ok if you look you see something in 
between the cabanets...its a latter so push the cabanet on your left forward
and the other on to your right...
go down latter...ok down the hall there is 3 or 4 boxs you have to push so 
you can cross the water ahead ....you open the door you in a big flood...
you will soon see sharks soo...your looking for the c. room...before you see 
it a couple sharks break thru the tank...go in the c. room and flip the 
witch
wich drains the water...if im not mistaken you find another key around that 
area...now go to the back to the bee room after you checked all rooms...
go to that dorm room staight ahead....of the red doors
you go in you look at the books there is a white book...
take it when you replace it with the red a cabanet moves and there is a door 
be hind it..ok....now thats the room with the helmet key..you have to kill
this huge killer plant...when you thought you had killed it i comes back and 
grabs you barry comes in with flame thrower ....torching it....go to the 
firepl
ce
there is where your helmet key is.......damn those guys that look like the
creature from the black lagoon are hard to kill...i got up to where i kill
the other snake and get the pass code
which i find in the fireplace room in the first house on 2nd floor..
good luck....that was a tough part
