The other option is http://www.ustreas.gov or *IF* you need specific 
assistance... Call 1-800-829-1040 and the customer service rep (as they are 
now called) will ask you questions and give you great advice... Gee was that 
a plug... Sorry Sue!!! Musta been I'm proud to be a retired IRS person and 
couldn't resist puttin' a smiley face on the IRS cuz they are improving their 
image;-)
