Why is it in Outlook 2002 I cannot print an email message that is HTML
without first opening that message?

Why does Outlook 2002 randomly select names from my address book and decide
to substitute those names for my manager's?

Why is Outlook 2002 *still* messing up appointments due to the DST change?

Why is such a popular program such a festering, miasmic aggregation of bugs
and anomalies?

Why... why... why...

or how to make it more consistent.
