Hi!- I had a question to ask the general hemp activist world. All the
evidence
of the marijuana debate seems to be very clear. To anyone paying attention,
the
U.S. government is completely wrong. But, the extent of the treachery goes
deep
within the very core and structure of our government. From my perspective,
the
marijuana issue brings several points driving home to quite a large segment
of
the population (and, as is being noted, even the mass media cannot hide the
secret any longer):
o The U.S. Government has no problem imprisoning large segments of the
population, usually based upon class and race. In other words, the
.S.
is no different than any other Fascist state.
o The American public is easily brainwashed by mass media/corporate/
government propaganda, whipped into a frenzy to demonize any segment
of the population (in this case, drug users).
o In the U.S., money is everything.
So, what I want to know is.. has the Drug War made more people aware of how
corrupt the U.S. is and how illegitimate their existence is? Do you think
that
more people have become more Libertarian/right-wing/capitalist in their
thinking or more leftist/anarchist/socialist? Do you think more people will
learn to fight for their rights in the face of massive corporate/government
opposition?
Curious...
