Consider how disruptive that would be. If you want to buy a house and it
has been 45 years since the last episode what are you going to do?

I find it amazing that the Bible advocates ideas that would slow the rate
of economic development and slow the raising of people out of poverty while
at the same time telling people who don't embrace these ideas that they are
sinners for not living by these ideas.
