Date: Mon, 29 May 2000 18:40:01 -0400 From: RUBEN FIGUEROA To: EARL BORAH Subject: posting for help Newsgroups: win.navigator Message-ID: X-Mailer: Wildcat! Interactive Net Server v7.0.454.5 Lines: 17 -> -> I just moved our Wildcat Server onto an NT2000 server system. Please -> -> note that our WC5 is used for dial-up access only. Everything is fine -> -> except that callers get the following line when attempting to use the -> -> browser. In the past, it was working fine on our NT4 server. -> -> "Page Cannot Be Displayed" -> -> http://localhost/login?mode=client&wclogon= -> -> 823>> -> Simple fix -- in wcConfig/Computers/WWW Name, change it from "localhost" -> to the IP address or the domain name of the server. Now that you mention it I see the problem myself. To be honest though I didn't look before, just posted for someone else. --- Platinum Xpress/Win/WINServer v3.1* Origin: Prison Board BBS Mesquite Tx //telnet.RDFIG.NET www.
